Meditation
Works to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well being. Daily, life’s streams of distractions are eliminated and thoughts are re-focused through meditation.
Power-Flow
A strategic formula of standing balancing asana poses, core-strengthening, and flexibility of the body and mind. Consistent practice can start at a level one, and progress to level four’s inversions and arm balances.
Restorative
A series of poses held for longer periods of time with a focus on breath work. Restorative yoga allows the boy to enter a deep state of relaxation, and increases flexibility.
