Hi, I’m Victoria
I teach 7-8 in-person yoga classes weekly in Vail, Colorado. I am a full-time Level 3 certified snowboard instructor in the winter, and I am on the mountain almost every day of the season teaching, or riding. I am equally passionate about Yoga, and where it has taken me on my journey on and off of the mountain.
My background in school is a degree in biology, and sports medicine from the University of Miami (Florida).
Many moons ago, I learned the powerful benefits of a standing balancing asana practice for the rehabilitation of a back injury. I was not teaching yoga at the time, but this is where I met my mentor Paul Toliuszis. While I was searching for ways to strengthen my body through yoga, I stumbled upon the more mental / spiritual aspect of the yoga practice. I was very intrigued, and embarked upon my journey to become a yoga teacher.
Teaching and cueing were relatively easy for me as I had spent years teaching aerobics, cardio kickboxing, and spinning in gyms in Miami. I started with my 200-hour course as a registered yoga teacher and began teaching classes. One year later completed my 500 RYT through Alanna Kaivalya.
I created a power flow class that strengthens all aspects of the body and works with a lot of balancing poses which enhances all aspects of our daily life. Classes can be intensified or made easier by the participant. It’s YOUR yoga practice and I am your guide.
